Per my sister’s recommendation, I tried this tasty fish dish, which includes beer-battered wild Atlantic haddock, dill crumble, Sazerac barrel-aged malt vinegar, hand-cut fries, and remoulade. Full disclosure: I did not try the vinegar, and though I sampled the remoulade, I did not particularly like it. The chips were a little salty, but I didn’t mind.
